      1.    Bertanggung jawab penuh dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan, mulai dari pencarian calon karyawan, wawancara hingga seleksi.
      2.    Bertanggung jawab terhadap administrasi kepegawaian (database in/out karyawan, Surat Training, Surat PKWT, Surat PKWTT, surat-menyurat, membuat SOP, dll)
      3.    Bertanggung jawab atas hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan absensi karyawan
      4.    Memahami sistem BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan.


      General Affair :
      1.    Mengontrol dan memelihara fasilitas dan sarana gedung, perijinan lingkungan, dan penjualan limbah/sampah pabrik., alat pemadam, servis kendaraan dan lainnya.
      2.    Mengontrol kerja tim keamanan dan tim kebersihan.
      3.    Penyediaan kebutuhan rumah tangga Perusahaan.

      Requirements :
      1. Laki laki max 30 tahun
      2. Pendidikan minimal S1 / diutamakan hukum, dan Psikologi

    • Responsibility:

      Job Description :

      -Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
      -Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues-
      -Manage the recruitment and selection process
      -Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
      -Have ability in Job Analysis, Work Load Analysis, Work Competence, performance management, compensation & benefits, and Training Management
      -Have ability in setting up Employee Performance and Key Performance Indicato
      -Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

    • Requirements

      Requirements :

      -Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive (at least 5 Years of experience)
      -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource -Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
      -Able to Speak English fluently
      -People oriented and results driven
      -Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
      -Knowledge of HR systems and databases
      -Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
      -Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

    • Responsibility:
      • Having knowledge about Casting/Foundry process to be able as a company representative 
      • Searching for new customers
      • Traveling and regular visit to potential customers
      • Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customers
      • Negotiating and closing customers
      • Reach sales target
      • Preparing regular report for sales manager
      • Developing market and customers
      • Handling BUMN ( Mining, Power plant, Fertilizer, Petro Chemical  ) 

       

       

    • Requirements
      • Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Metallurgy engineering or Foundry engineering
      • Minimum having 3 years of working experiences at sales
      • National University is preferable
      • Good leadership, self-motivated oriented, good oral and written communication in English
      • Able to work with strict deadlines and high pressure situations
      • Having good communication skills, good relationship, good looking
      • Strong  listening, questioning, presentation, and negotiation skills
      • Multitasking person
      • Willing to travel and having drive license (A)
      • Good oral and written communication in English is a must.
